Although we do not know the precise reason for denial, our experience shows the following circumstances that may cause an eTA rejection:
- Providing a passport number that was reported lost or stolen
- Having overstayed in Canada on a previous visit
- A previous visa denial
- Engaging in unauthorized work on a previous visit
- A previous denial of entry to Canada
- An immigration officer is not convinced of the reasons for your visit to Canada
- Connections with criminal or terrorist organizations
Our agency in an expert in the processing of eTA applications, and we will contact you immediately if there is any error or omission in the application form data prior to processing. We want your travel authorization to be approved but in case it is not, we will issue a full refund.
